Ukraine’s TerMIT UGV Stands Out at Spain’s Fuerza Futura 2035 Trials
Ukraine’s TerMIT unmanned ground vehicle made a strong impression during Spain’s Fuerza Futura 2035 exercises in Almeria, completing every phase of one of Europe’s largest next-gen unmanned systems evaluations. Integrated alongside Spanish and NATO units, TerMIT executed mobility, engineering and convoy tasks—often in complex, mixed-service scenarios.
According to the company, TerMIT was the only UGV to finish the full route. During one scenario, when an armored carrier was delayed, the vehicle continued autonomously toward its objective and reached it first, drawing applause from observers and instructors. Spanish Legion officials praised the platform’s reliability, engineering quality and apparent readiness for operational use.
The exercise brought together the Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force and more than 15 international observers, highlighting growing interest in field-proven unmanned systems capable of operating independently in dispersed, NATO-style missions. TerMIT’s performance—especially its ability to maintain movement without external commands—was seen as a compelling example of autonomy shaped by wartime realities in Ukraine now proving itself in multinational trials.
